Medical Skilled Nursing: Full medical services of traditional home health for treatments such as wound care, high-tech infusion, Foley care, diabetic management, skilled observation and assessment, and many other nursing procedures. Services rendered by Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses consistent with a treatment plan established by the patient's attending physician.
Home Health Aides: Certified Home Health Aides assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy: Licensed Therapists use therapeutic methods to promote rehabilitation. Treatments to enable or improve personal mobility, dexterity and communication.
Medical Social Services: Licensed Medical Social Workersassist patients in solving problems that may arise through illness, including social, financial and transportation problems.
To ensure the best care possible, all caregivers are highly qualified and experienced in home health care. Each staff person is appropriately licensed or certified by the State of Texas for their position.
